I especially find it interesting that most women will pour from an empty cup to the point they become miserable with their own lives. I have also learned that I am better for others when I fill my cup. So, today, I encourage you to analyze your everyday operations and find out if you need a software update in your mind to ensure you are creating harmony in your life.

Being a people-pleaser often stems from a lack of self-awareness. Recognizing when external validation rather than our well-being drives our actions is essential. True fulfillment comes from within, not from constantly seeking approval or acceptance.
